The Tallac is the flagship of Ride Concepts. It uses only the best technologies and materials. It combines elements of bike footwear and hiking footwear, designed to have grip on the bike and off it. A model designed for trail and enduro use. The sole stiffness and overall construction suit the average rider as well as enduro series race tracks.

The upper made of Cordura® is breathable and lightweight, yet incredibly durable. Cordura is used where high abrasion resistance is required.

Almost no seams were used – everything is thoroughly welded. The reason is, again, resistance to damage and water penetration.

Tightening with anti-slip laces. The tongue has a loop on it for stowing the laces so that they do not move around freely and cannot come into contact with the bike or catch on an obstacle. The tongue is elastically attached to the shoe construction so that it stays in place and prevents dirt from getting in.

Ride Concepts is the only manufacturer to use D3O technology across several models. Everyone surely knows D3O from bike protective gear (Race Face, Bluegrass…). The insole has integrated D3O protectors in the heel and toe footstrike area to protect against impacts or an under-jumped double and the resulting heel stomp. Thanks to D3O the foot is less tired and less prone to bruising. You will not find this technology anywhere else!

Max Grip sole offers the perfect balance between grip and durability. The grippiest sole compound, designed for flat pedals. RC could have made a sole that sticks literally like glue, but would it last long? Max Grip is the result of development with Rubber Kinetics (Good Year). Perfect grip with every platform on the market. The stiffness is just right to transfer power to the pedal.
