The Tempo Artica GTX is a fully insulated, waterproof and breathable road shoe designed for autumn and winter cycling. Regardless of how demanding the conditions are and what kind of adventure lies ahead, this shoe reliably protects you from unpleasant cold and wet weather.

Thanks to the insulated GORE-TEX Koala membrane, the Tempo Artica GTX is fully waterproof, which means you can rely on it in moments when protection against moisture plays a key role. However, GORE-TEX technology not only protects against water but also offers optimised breathability for greater comfort.

To keep your feet warm and protected from frost, the Artica GTX is equipped with a brushed fleece lining. This detail has a twofold effect: it adds a soft layer that wraps the feet in exceptional comfort, and at the same time provides extra warmth, which you will especially appreciate on long winter rides in low temperatures.

The Artica GTX uses a two-part tightening system to ensure a firm and comfortable fit on the foot, which is essential for efficient power transfer. The upper hook-and-loop closure wraps around the ankle, while the lower part of the shoe is fitted with an L6 BOA® dial that allows smooth and easy adjustment while riding.

The nylon outsole of the redesigned R5 model offers an ideal balance between comfort and stiffness for efficient pedalling. The cleat position is shifted slightly backward compared to the traditional setup, which improves pedalling efficiency and reduces strain on the knees. In addition, in this winter version the outsole lacks ventilation openings so that the feet stay dry and warm even in demanding conditions.
