Schwalbe SV-SCV valve conversion set
The Schwalbe Clik Valve can also be inflated with ordinary SV pumps. You only need a pump-head adapter, which you simply connect to your existing pump. It then clicks onto the Schwalbe Clik Valve. Handling is intuitive and inflating the valve is a breeze. There is no loss of air and no signs of pump-head wear. The set contains: 2x valve, 1x key, 2x dust cap, 1x pump-head adapter
The principle of the SCHWALBE CLIK VALVE, winner of the Eurobike Award 2024, is very simple: it works intuitively by clicking. What does it need? A valve and the matching pump head or a pump-head adapter. With the Clik Valve this can be clicked onto the bike valve with minimal force and then removed again very easily after pumping.
It doesnt matter which valve and pump you currently have – thanks to conversion kits for all existing bicycle valves and most pumps. To change a bicycle valve it is enough to swap the valve core (Sclaverand, Dunlop, tubeless valve) – for a Schrader valve there is an adapter that screws onto the valve (and can easily be unscrewed again so that pumps at petrol stations can be used).
The pump-head adapter can be integrated into the head of current pumps (by clamping or screwing), even on hand pumps. The Schwalbe Clik Valve can also be used with ordinary SV pumps – thanks to this backward compatibility you are never at a loss in any situation. And SKS will already be offering its own pump at the Eurobike trade fair.
The valve itself is made by specialists at the Italian company Record. Schwalbe will soon produce the first tubes with the Clik Valve.
