Zefal protector Skin Armor Matt 3m

The Skin Armor Roll protector is a transparent flexible polyurethane specially developed for frames and components. It protects your bike from scratches and damage. The Glue Shield technology requires no liquids, so it is applied easily and quickly. This roll format lets you cut patches of various shapes and lengths to suit your needs, offering tailor-made protection for your bikes components.

Skin Armor is resistant to water (high-pressure washing), tearing, perforation, peeling, UV radiation and temperature fluctuations. It is an ideal solution for cyclists looking for an effective and discreet way to protect their bike and its higher resale value.

Installation instructions

1. Wash your hands.

2. Apply to a clean bike.

3. Degrease the surface to be protected with a fast-evaporating solution (e.g. isopropyl alcohol) and dry it with a clean cloth.

4. Measure the dimensions of the surface to be protected, then transfer them onto the protector.

5. Cut out the shape with scissors, taking care to round the corners.

6. Separate the Skin Armor from its backing so that only the transparent adhesive remains.

7. Find the spot and stick on the patch. The protector remains repositionable.

8. If you are happy with the position, wipe the patch with a soft cloth to remove air and ensure perfect adhesion to the surface.

9. For better recycling, dispose of the non-stick backing in the sorted-waste bin.
