Park Tool BMT-1 – Quick tyre bead breaker tool

Save your thumbs and keep your peace of mind. The BMT-1 is designed to quickly and easily release almost any tyre, even tightly fitting tubeless systems, with minimal effort.

• The tools locking jaws clamp firmly around the tyre sidewalls when the large adjusting wheel is tightened.
• After you pull the strong, long handle sideways (in either direction), the tyre is pulled away from the seat on the rim towards the centre channel.
• In this way you can easily remove the tyre using a tyre lever or another tool.
• The jaws are fitted with protective covers that do not damage the rim or the tyre.
