Park Tool PolyLube 1000 – Bicycle grease

Properly applied grease protects and extends the life of the components of a bicycle while improving their performance.

PolyLube 1000 is a polyurea grease developed specifically for bicycle maintenance and servicing. It can be used on all types of:

• Ball bearings
• Threaded joints
• Press-fit joints

Suitable for use on headsets, bottom brackets, cranks, pedals and hubs.

• Repels moisture
• Has high resistance to shear loads, which ensures reliable protection even in extreme conditions

Features of Park Tool PPL-2 PolyLube 1000

• Packaging: 16 oz (454 g) tub
• Also available in a 4 oz tube (PPL-1)
• Operating temperature range: from -34 °C to 245 °C (–30 °F to 473 °F)
• Consistency: NLGI grade 2 (medium-stiff grease)

Note:

Some painted surfaces may be sensitive to oil and grease. Wipe off excess oil or grease immediately.

Before use, we recommend testing on an inconspicuous spot to see whether it leaves stains or changes the colour of the surface.
