An alignment gauge is essential for diagnosing and repairing bent or incorrectly aligned derailleur hangers, which often cause shifting problems. The DAG-3 offers a completely new design, designed to be lightweight, accurate and versatile. A sliding indicator allows the alignment of the derailleur hanger to be measured against wheels of any size and can be swung aside so it does not get in the way of seat stays, racks and other obstacles, which allows measurement over a range of 360 degrees. The long body of precision-pressed aluminium is made with high accuracy and provides enough leverage for making adjustments.
