Bike bottom brackets sometimes need to be removed for servicing, replacement or an upgrade. The BBT-9 is a special tool designed for removing and installing selected threaded bottom brackets with a 16-tooth interface, such as Shimano®, SRAM® GXP, Chris King®, Campagnolo® and others. This type of interface is also used on some disc brake lockrings.

Additional features:

• Also included is a tool for removing and installing the 8-point adjusting caps of Shimano Hollowtech II cranks.
• A long chrome-plated steel handle provides sufficient leverage for working with high torque.
• The handle is covered with a vinyl coating for a comfortable grip while working.
