Park Tool BBT-59.3 Bottom Bracket Tool — 16-Notch

The BBT-59.3 is a precision CNC-machined aluminium tool for installing and removing selected pressed-in bottom brackets with a 16-spline interface, including Shimano® Ultegra® BBR60 and Deore XT® MT-800.

The tool is made in-house by Park Tool, anodised for easy identification and fitted with a 3/8" square drive compatible with a ratchet or torque wrench.

The BBT-59.3 has integrated threads for full compatibility with the Park Tool BBT-RS system (sold separately). This system uses an adjustable spring mechanism that applies consistent and adjustable pressure to the tool, ensuring a firm hold and preventing slipping during work.

BBT-59.3 features

• Fits 16-spline tools for pressed-in bottom brackets with an outer diameter (measured across the splines) of 41–42 mm and an inner diameter (between the splines) of 39 mm, including:

• Shimano® Deore XT® MT-800
• Not intended for use with impact wrenches or other power tools.
