Park Tool bicycle storage hooks are an ideal solution for hanging bikes or wheels (rims) out of the way – for example in a garage, workshop, shed or service area.

The 471 is an oversized hook designed to accommodate large mountain bike tyres as well as tall aero road bike rims without any problem.

Properties:

• The coarse wood thread allows mounting into ceiling joists, wall studs or any wooden element that can support the weight of a bike
• The surface is galvanised and rubberised (vinyl coating) – it protects rims from scratches
• Reliable and durable for long-term use

• Wood screw thread — shank diameter: 8.8 mm (~11/32")
• Thread length: 50 mm (2")
• Inner width (between the hook arms): 80 mm (3.15")
• Inner height in the “J” bend: 150 mm (5.9")

NOTE: The 471 hook has a load capacity of up to 56 kg (125 lbs) when securely screwed into solid material. The user is responsible for ensuring that the chosen mounting location can support this weight.
