Park Tool RT-2 Head Cup Remover — Oversized

The RT-2 makes it easier to remove headset bearing cups. The tool is passed through the frame until the expanded ends snap in behind the cup. The end of the tool is struck with a mallet and the expanded ends distribute the force evenly around the cup, driving the cup out. Made of strong, heat-hardened alloy steel with a nickel-plated finish for long life.

RT-2 features

• Removes bearing cups from head tubes according to the 1 1/4" and 1 1/2" standards
• SHIS terminology: Removes ZS44, ZS49, ZS55, ZS56, EC49 and EC56 cups
• Also removes the bottom bracket cups of one-piece crank systems
• Suitable for bearing cups with an inner diameter of 38 to 55 mm (1.5" to 2.1")
• The nominal outer diameter of the shaft is 25.4 mm (1")
