The Park Tool FP-2 is a mounting base designed for permanently and firmly fastening a Park Tool workshop repair stand to the floor. Made of a powder-coated square steel plate, it attaches to the stand with four bolts included in the package (mounting hardware for attaching the FP-2 to the floor is not included).
