The Park Tool OBW-4 is a special bicycle wrench designed for installing and adjusting side-pull and dual-pivot rim brakes. Thanks to its unique offset shape and thin profile (only 2.1 mm) it reaches tight spaces where an ordinary wrench will not fit.
