Some wheels have spoke nipples accessible only through openings on the outer side of the rim. The Park Tool SW-16.3 is specially designed for easy access to these hard-to-reach internal nipples.

The tool features a comfortable dual-material handle and an extra-long shaft that allows work even with deep aero rims.
