The Park Tool HCW-11 is a double-ended wrench designed for working with the two common types of nuts on adjustable cup-and-cone bottom brackets.

At one end there is an opening compatible with the raised 16mm flats often found on adjustable cups. The other end has two prongs spaced approximately 23 mm apart (measured centre to centre), intended for cups with internal slots. These types are common especially on older or more affordable bikes, including department-store bikes.
