Park Tool BCB-5 Professional Bike Cleaning Brush Set

Park Tool BCB-5 Professional Bike Cleaning Brush Set

The Park Tool BCB-5 is a professional set of five unique cleaning tools designed specifically for removing dirt, mud and grease from a bike.

Ergonomic, long handles ensure a comfortable grip even during intensive scrubbing. Three of the brushes contain natural Tampico bristles obtained from agave – a material known for its durability, chemical stability and ability to retain moisture, which makes it an ideal choice for washing bikes.

Contents of the BCB-5 set

• Soaping Brush – ideal for the first rinse of the bike, spreading soapy water and removing coarse dirt
• Tapered Bottle Brush – a universal Tampico brush for larger and smaller surfaces
• Straight Brush – a long brush with short, dense Tampico bristles for hard-to-reach places such as suspension pivots, saddle rails and the like
• Drivetrain Brush – stiff nylon bristles ideal for cassettes, derailleurs and other parts with built-up dirt or grease
• Soaping Sponge – the wedge shape makes it easier to apply soap and clean delicate surfaces

Notes on Tampico bristles

• Tampico is a natural fibre – colour variations are natural
• The bristles may become temporarily deformed during transport – just dampen them, shape them by hand and let them dry
• After each use, let the Tampico brushes air dry completely to prevent mould or odour
