Hyper is the fastest hot wax, developed in cooperation with UCI World Tour teams. It is entirely free of PFAS and other harmful substances – the only hot wax in the world that is biodegradable. Thanks to its top-class formulation, it delivers maximum drivetrain efficiency and in laboratory tests achieves more than 30 % better results than ordinary waxes. The saving is 6–12 watts, not only in laboratory conditions but also in real-world use.

Application procedure:

• Heat the Hyper wax in the heater to 75–85 °C.
• Make sure the chain is perfectly degreased and dry.
• Immerse the chain in the liquid wax for at least 15 minutes.
• Remove it slowly and let it cool to room temperature.
• Loosen every link and wipe off the excess wax with a dry microfibre cloth.
• Put the chain back on the bike – you are ready to ride.
• During the first 5 km after waxing the chain “runs in” – excess wax is released and the surface optimises. Any residue can easily be wiped off with a dry cloth. Before the next application, simply wipe the chain and re-immerse it in the wax – there is no need to degrease again.
• After 10–15 waxings, replace the wax to maintain its maximum effectiveness.

What is the difference between Hyper and Wander Wax?

Hyper is softer and focused purely on maximum speed – it has lower friction but may collect more dust. Wander Wax is harder, attracts less dirt and lasts longer. Hyper is ideal for racing, Wander Wax for long rides.

Can I mix Hyper and Wander Wax waxes?

Yes. When melted they can be combined to create a blend that matches your riding style and desired durability.

Can I combine hot wax with Dynamic drip waxes?

Yes, between two hot waxings you can use Dynamic Speed Potion Wax or Slick Wax for a quick refresh of the layer. For maximum performance, however, it is best to re-apply hot wax.
