The Mavic Ksyrium SL Disc (P00079003) built wheels are a versatile road set designed for disc brakes and fitted with a Shimano HG freehub body.

The Mavic Cosmic S 42 Disc road built wheels with full-carbon rims offer a balanced ratio of low weight and aerodynamic efficiency. The rim with a profile depth of 42 mm effectively reduces air drag and contributes to the stability of the wheel in crosswinds and at higher speeds. The internal width of 21 mm provides stable support for modern wider road tyres, which brings better grip and higher riding comfort.

The wheels use the UST Tubeless Ready tubeless system, which makes it easier to mount tyres and allows riding at lower pressure to reduce rolling resistance and minimise the risk of punctures. The rear hub is fitted with an Instant Drive 360 ratchet freehub body for reliable and fast engagement when pedalling. The QRM Auto industrial bearings adjust themselves automatically and guarantee smooth running without the need for manual play adjustment.
