The Mavic Ksyrium SL Disc (P00098903) road built wheels are intended for riders who use 12-speed SRAM cassettes, thanks to the XDR freehub body.

The 29" Mavic CROSSRIDE FTS-X mountain bike built wheelset offers a reliable construction and balanced ride characteristics for off-road cycling. The wheels are designed for disc brakes with 6 bolt rotor mounting.

The basis is a durable aluminium rim made of S6000 Aluminum with a height of 21 mm, designed for use with a conventional tyre and inner tube (Tubetype). Reliability and stiffness are provided by lacing of 24 straight steel spokes with a rounded profile (straight pull) on both the front and rear wheel, laced with a 2× cross pattern and complemented by steel nipples with the self-locking ABS system.

The hubs with an aluminium axle use sealed QRM industrial bearings with automatic play compensation for smooth running with minimal maintenance. Reliable power transfer is provided by the proven FTS-X freewheel mechanism with a freehub body compatible with Shimano HG and SRAM cassettes.

The front wheel is prepared for a 15×100 mm thru axle and can easily be converted to a conventional 9×100 mm quick release. The rear wheel is intended for a frame with a standard 9×135 mm quick-release mount.
