AskMavic built wheelset E-DEEMAX 29 BOOST XD DISC 6-BOLT
The Mavic E-Deemax S 35 29 (P00074605) built wheelset is designed specifically for demanding use on electric mountain bikes (e-MTB).
The Mavic E-DEEMAX 29 built wheels are developed directly for the specific loads and requirements of modern e-bikes. They offer high strength, reliability and durability while keeping servicing easy.
The aluminium rims made of Maxtal alloy have an internal width of 30 mm and a height of 22 mm. The profile is optimised for easy tyre fitting and is equipped with PFP (Pinch Flat Protection) technology, whose wider contact edge fundamentally reduces the risk of pinch flats on impact. The rims are fully ready for tubeless use in the UST Tubeless Ready system.
The lacing consists of 28 straight steel spokes on both the front and rear wheel with a triple-cross pattern for maximum stiffness under power and when braking. The front wheel uses butted flat spokes, the rear flat spokes, both with an anti-rotation treatment (anti-rot). Seating is provided by black steel nipples with the ABS system, which prevents them from loosening.
The aluminium hubs feature QRM Auto industrial bearings with automatic play compensation. The rear hub uses the durable Instant Drive 360 pawl freewheel system with a SRAM XD freehub body. Discs are mounted using the standard 6 bolt mounting.
The wheels are compatible with frames and forks of the Boost standard, i.e. 15×110 mm at the front and 12×148 mm at the rear.
