The Mavic E-Deemax S 35 29 (R00068707) rear wheel is a highly durable model designed for electric mountain bikes (e-MTB), trail and enduro.

The Mavic E-DEEMAX 27.5 rear built wheel is designed specifically for demanding use on e-bikes, where the construction must withstand the higher weight and the motor torque. The durable rim made of patented Maxtal aluminium alloy has an internal width of 30 mm and a depth of 22 mm, which provides stable support for wide tyres and allows riding at lower pressure for better traction and control. The rim features PFP (Pinch Flat Protection) technology with a wider contact surface on the bead edge, which significantly reduces the risk of pinch flats on hard impacts and also makes mounting and removing tubeless UST Tubeless Ready tyres easier.

The wheel is laced with 28 straight flat steel spokes (straight-pull) with triple crossing and self-locking ABS nipples, which guarantees high torsional stiffness and a long lacing life without loosening. The aluminium hub with the Boost 12×148 mm axle standard is fitted with QRM Auto industrial sealed bearings with self-adjusting play, which ensure smooth running and minimal maintenance requirements. Reliable power transfer is provided by the proven Instant Drive 360 ratchet system fitted with a Shimano Micro Spline freehub body for 12-speed cassettes. The brake disc is mounted with the Center Lock system.
