The Mavic E-Access XR22 rear wheel in size 29 with a 12×142 mm axle and a Shimano/SRAM HG freehub body is designed for e-bikes and sports bikes that require a strong and durable built wheel for everyday use.

The Mavic E-ACCESS XR22 29 rear built wheel is a durable and affordable solution designed for the specific loads of e-bikes, city bikes and gravel bikes. The sturdy construction handles higher torque and intensive everyday use.

The basis of the wheel is an S6000 Aluminum aluminium alloy rim with an internal width of 22 mm. It allows use both with a classic inner tube and in tubeless mode (UST Tubeless Ready) after applying Mavic tubeless tape. The tubeless design reduces the risk of punctures and allows riding at lower pressure for better grip and greater comfort.

The hub with reliable sealed industrial bearings effectively resists water and dirt, which guarantees smooth running and a long service life without frequent servicing. The Shimano HG / SRAM standard freehub body with a proven pawl mechanism transfers drive force reliably and with instant response. The Center Lock type disc mounting allows quick and precise installation of the brake disc.

The lacing consists of 32 round steel spokes with a bent head, which are double-crossed and seated in steel nipples with ABS technology preventing them from loosening by themselves.
