The Mavic Deemax Enduro SL Mullet built wheelset combines a front 29 and a rear 27.5 wheel – the so-called mullet setup – which is gaining ground in enduro and gravity disciplines for better handling, stability and speed.

The Mavic DEEMAX ENDURO SL MULLET built wheels (code P00140705) are a set designed for demanding enduro courses with the Mullet configuration, which combines a front 29" wheel for excellent obstacle clearing and a rear 27.5" wheel for maximum agility. The rims are welded from patented Maxtal aluminium alloy, have an internal width of 30 mm for stable seating of wide tyres and a profile height of 22 mm. The UST Tubeless Ready system allows trouble-free tubeless use.

Spoke mounting is provided by Fore technology with integrated aluminium nipples screwed directly into the lower wall of the rim. As a result, the upper bridge of the rim stays intact without drilling. The front and rear wheel are laced with 28 steel straight-pull spokes with a flat butted profile and anti-rotation technology (antirot). The lacing is triple-crossed on both wheels, which guarantees high torsional strength and stability during aggressive braking.

The rear hub is fitted with a reliable toothed Instant Drive 360 freewheel system for instant power transfer and a SRAM XD freehub body. Smooth running is ensured by QRM Auto industrial bearings with automatic play compensation. The set is designed for disc brakes with 6 hole mounting and frames and forks of the Boost standard (15×110 mm at the front and 12×148 mm at the rear).
