Goodyear presents the Newton MTF tyre (Mountain Front) as part of its wide range of mountain bike tyres developed for gravity disciplines.

This tyre is at home in rough forest terrain, holds grip on steep sections, looks for the last bit of traction on wet roots, dusty rocks and in demanding berms.

The progressive arrangement of the knobs prevents mud build-up and maintains performance in a wide range of conditions. From aggressive trail riding to the demands of downhill racing, the Newton MTF offers consistent cornering grip, predictable braking control and excellent performance in changing conditions.

The Newton MTF tyre is classified according to the new simplified system for trail, enduro and downhill applications.

This enduro version of the tyre is built on a 2x120 TPI construction, complemented by EN:Wall, an outer durable butyl layer that provides a decent level of sidewall protection, while keeping the weight lower for enduro racing.

The Grip3S compound consists of three compounds of different hardness - 40/42/60a, the combination of which is designed specifically for the front wheel and offers the highest level of grip.
