Recommended dosage of the 100% WHEY PROTEIN product: stir a 30 g serving into 250 ml of water. Depending on your daily protein requirement, consume 1 - 3 servings per day, between meals. Maximum 3 servings per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Use of the product 100% WHEY PROTEIN: 1 scoop = approx. 15 g. Measure according to the recommended dosage and mix in a shaker. After opening, store at a temperature up to 25 ºC and consume within 3 months.
