Creatine
Creatine can be found naturally in foods such as meat and fish. It plays a central role in supplying cells with energy, for example in skeletal muscles, the heart or the brain. It has been scientifically proven that creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise and can also enhance the effect of resistance training on muscle strength in adults over 55 years of age, at a daily intake of 3 g.
Green tea extract
Green tea comes from China and has been used for more than 4000 years. In China, the preparation of the tea itself is accompanied by a number of rituals, and for many years it has been called the "elixir of life". Many studies are devoted to the effects of green tea thanks to its beneficial influence on our organism. In folk medicine it is sought after for physical and mental stimulation or for supporting concentration.
Cayenne pepper
It is a variety of chilli peppers of the species Capsicum frutescens, grown in tropical regions of India, Mexico or the USA. It probably earned the name cayenne pepper thanks to its sharp taste, which rivals that of pepper. It is one of the hotter varieties, and so it has found popularity mainly in the spicy dishes of Indian and Mexican cuisine.
Bioperine®
A standardised extract from the fruits of Piper nigrum (black pepper), it is the only piperine product that has been granted patented status for its ability to increase the bioavailability of nutrients.
Recommended dosage: for up to 75 kg of body weight and for sensitive athletes, mix a 10 g dose in 150 ml of water. Above 75 kg of body weight or with a high level of training experience, mix a 20 g dose in 300 ml of water. Consume 15 minutes before training. The maximum dose is 20 g. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Use: 1/3 scoop = approx. 10 g. 2/3 scoop = approx. 20 g. Mix the recommended dose in water. After opening, store at a temperature up to 25 °C and consume within 3 months.
