An instant mix for easy preparation of delicious protein pancakes, fritters and waffles. It is made of quality milk protein and a blend of rice and buckwheat flour, and moreover contains no added sugar, gluten, preservatives or colours. Simple preparation ensures a perfect snack full of protein.

Recommended dosage: A 50 g dose is suitable as a snack in the morning and afternoon hours, always at least 60 minutes apart from other regular meals. It can also be taken after physical activity. A single dose should not exceed 100 g of the mix.

Use: 1 scoop = approx. 20 g. Thoroughly mix a 50 g dose in 100 ml of water until a smooth batter forms. Fry the fritters on both sides in a hot pan. Serve warm. After opening, store at a temperature up to 25 ºC and consume within 2 months.
