Magnesium plays an important role in various chemical reactions in the body and regulates over 300 different enzymes. Naturally, we can find it in foods such as dark chocolate, nuts, seeds, cereals, legumes and even in the much-loved bananas.
Chelated and organic forms such as magnesium citrate ensure better absorption of magnesium. Inorganic forms such as magnesium oxide, magnesium carbonate and magnesium sulphate have lower absorbability and therefore lower effectiveness.

Vitamin B6
It acts as a synergist for better utilisation of magnesium in the body. It also contributes to mental well-being, proper formation of red blood cells and supports the immune system. We find it naturally mainly in meat, fish, wholegrain products or legumes. 
P-5-P, or pyridoxal-5-phosphate, is a highly active form of vitamin B6 that the body can use immediately. Unlike the common form of vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), it does not have to be laboriously converted in the liver, so it acts faster. 

Ingredients: Magnesium bisglycinate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose capsule, magnesium oxide, anti-caking agent magnesium stearate, pyridoxal-5-phosphate monohydrate.

Recommended dosage
Take a maximum of 1–3 capsules per day. Wash down with enough water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. After opening, consume within 3 months.
