WHEN AND HOW TO USE

Take 1-2 sachets daily. Dissolve the contents of one sachet (9 g) in 200–500 ml of still water. For maximum effect, take immediately after physical activity.

Before an important race we recommend also taking 1–2 sachets daily during the preceding 5 days.
