This additional battery with a capacity of 250 Wh is designed in the shape of a water bottle, which allows easy carrying in a backpack or attachment to the base of a special bottle cage holder. Weighing only 1.6 kg, it adds no unnecessary load to the bike, which is key especially on longer routes or in demanding terrain.

One of the main benefits of this set is the option to use the PowerMore 250 independently of the main battery. For shorter rides, or if you want to reduce the overall weight of the bike, you can choose to ride with the PowerMore 250 only. When the main battery runs out, you simply swap the bottle cage for the PowerMore 250 and can continue your journey. This is ideal for those who like adventurous trips where the availability of charging stations is not always guaranteed.

During installation the PowerMore 250 attaches to the bottle cage base, which stays permanently on the bike. This simple and robust installation allows easy fitting and removal of the battery/cage as needed. Charging is done through the standard charging port.

For example, when combined with the powerful Bosch Performance CX drive unit and a 625 Wh main battery, you can expect a range increase of more than 40 %. With a 750 Wh battery it is an increase of more than 33 %. This is a considerable difference, especially on long trips or in terrain, where every additional kilometre can be crucial.
