The Mavic Crossmax S Carbon 29 front built carbon wheel is designed for modern cross-country and fast trail riding. The rim construction made of 100% UD carbon uses Adaptive Layup technology, which through targeted layering of the material ensures high stiffness for precise tracking and lightning-fast acceleration while keeping a low overall weight.
The wheel is built on an Infinity hub with QRM Auto industrial bearings with automatic play adjustment. The lacing consists of 24 steel spokes with a bent head (J-bend), which significantly facilitates servicing and the availability of spare parts. The rim with an internal width of 30 mm provides optimal support for wider tyres at lower pressure and is fully ready for UST Tubeless Ready tubeless use.
