With Schwalbe self-adhesive patches a hole in an Aerothan tube can be repaired easily and quickly.
The patches were developed and are intended for repairing Schwalbe TPU tubes.
Specifics of repairing Aerothan tubes:
No sanding: Unlike a classic tube, you must not sand an Aerothan tube with sandpaper! You would irreparably damage the tube wall.
Alcohol cleaner: The key to success is the enclosed alcohol wipe. The area around the puncture must be completely sterile and free of grease from your fingers.
Special adhesive: The patches for Aerothan use a special glue that forms a very strong bond with the TPU material that withstands high pressure and temperatures.
