Michelin CITY TOURING tyre 700x35C PERFORMANCE LINE wire (black)

MICHELIN City Touring 700 × 35C tyre – Performance Line, wire bead (001226)

The MICHELIN City Touring Performance Line is a quality and reliable bicycle tyre designed for everyday city riding, recreational cycling and cycle touring. Thanks to its universal tread, the size 700 × 35C and durable wire-bead construction, it offers a balanced combination of comfort, stability and efficient rolling on asphalt roads, cycle paths and paved paths.

The tyre is suitable mainly for city, trekking, touring and recreational bikes with rims of 622 mm diameter. It is a practical choice for everyday commuting to work, travelling around town, weekend trips and longer touring routes.

The universal touring tread is optimised mainly for hard surfaces, where it supports smooth rolling and secure steering. It also provides the necessary grip on poorer asphalt, cobbles or lightly unpaved paths. This makes the tyre work well in varied urban and suburban environments.

The Performance Line product line offers a practical combination of good ride characteristics, durability and an affordable purchase price. It is intended for cyclists looking for reliable tyres for regular use who prefer comfort, versatility and long-term usability.

The rigid wire bead ensures stable seating of the tyre on a compatible rim. It is a proven construction suited to everyday use and ordinary touring loads.

The size 700 × 35C offers a good compromise between comfort and efficient rolling. A width of approximately 35 mm provides enough air volume to absorb small bumps and vibration without the tyre being needlessly wide. This makes it suitable for brisk riding on asphalt as well as comfortable riding over poorer roads.
