Reflective materials significantly increase the safety of children, adults, cyclists and pets in road traffic. Especially in poor visibility and at dusk, the distance at which a driver notices a pedestrian on the road is lengthened several times over.

Reflective materials reduce the number of traffic accidents resulting in injury to a pedestrian or cyclist. Reflective materials are either ironed or sewn onto sleeves, caps, trouser legs, pet collars, etc. A novelty are the portable so-called Flexi reflective self-winding bands and reflective stickers. Their advantage is quick and versatile use. Reflective material is visible at night from a distance 10x greater than blue clothing.
