L-glutamine is one of the most abundant amino acids in skeletal muscle. Amino acids are the building blocks of every protein, and an intake of quality protein with an optimal amino acid profile contributes to muscle growth. During demanding muscle work performed by intensively training individuals, individual amino acids are depleted, along with other important substances. The amino acid L-glutamine is a component of complex protein and also an important carrier of nitrogen. Suitable supplementation ensures the recovery of skeletal muscle, provided that nitrogen balance is maintained. In one serving of GLUTAMINE from NUTREND you receive more L-glutamine than is contained in a portion of 120 grams of lean beef, chicken or eggs. The L-glutamine in NUTREND products is made by fermentation technology. It dissolves easily and quickly.

Recommended dosage:

• Training days: the basic daily dose is 5 g (2 level teaspoons) after training. You can add another 5 g dose in the evening before bed.
• Non-training days: you can take a break or continue with regular dosing at 2x daily 5 g. Take the last dose in the evening before bed.
• Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Use: 5 g = 2 level teaspoons (the teaspoon is not included in the package). Measure out according to the recommended dosage and mix in a sports drink. After opening, store at a temperature up to 25 °C and consume within 4 months.
