Campagnolo built wheelset SCIROCCO C19 DB 2WF 10-12s Campa-FW

A new type of Campagnolo wheels for model year 2022, intended for use with disc brakes. This wheel model is based on the SCIROCCO 35 model, but because of the use of disc brakes the hubs, and with them the lacing method, were completely redesigned. The Campagnolo engineers did a great job, and the result is wheels intended for wide use. The wheels offer high reliability, stiffness, excellent hub running and low weight.

The new SCIROCCO C19 DB complete wheels belong to the category of light, duralumin, clincher wheels with a medium rim profile and a new rim width of 19mm (inner dimension) / 23.5mm (outer dimension). Despite their width, these wheels offer excellent aerodynamic properties (especially when using tyres 25 or 28 mm wide). The SCIROCCO C19 DB model is also equipped with the rim technology and MEGA G3 lacing like the higher models Zonda or Shamal. Thanks to the combination of low weight and a medium profile, these wheels have excellent inertial properties.

The wheels are prepared for mounting AFS (Center Lock) brake rotors. To tighten the lock ring of the brake rotor, use the tool UT-BB130.

• DYNAMIC BALANCE - rim balancing that compensates for its imbalance caused by the valve hole
• 35 mm RIM PROFILE - a rim 35 mm deep is an ideal compromise between the low and high rims of complete wheels – wheels with this rim retain good acceleration properties while also being well controllable even in strong crosswinds
• RIM C19 - rims with an inner dimension of 19mm / an outer dimension of 23.5mm (C19) can be used for wider tyres (up to a width of 62mm)
• 2-Way Fit Ready - rims with this designation can be easily converted (using compatible tyres) for use with tubeless tyres (for example Schwalbe Pro One TL-Easy)
• MEGA G3 SPOKE PATTERN - ensures even lacing tension on the right and left sides of the rear wheel, lowers the lacing pre-tension, increases the torsional stiffness of the wheels and the related energy transfer, and eliminates vibration even for heavier riders
• SPOKES WITH AERODYNAMIC PROFILE - an aero stainless-steel lacing gives the wheels excellent aerodynamic properties and enables more efficient power transfer – the different wire diameters ensure the required lacing pre-tension with an even load on the individual spokes
• ALUMINIUM AXLE HH12 - duralumin oversize hub axles intended for thru axles increase the torsional stiffness of the wheels and reduce the weight of the hubs to the lowest possible level
• ALUMINIUM HUB BODY - duralumin hub bodies increase the torsional stiffness of the wheels and reduce the weight of the hubs
• OVERSIZE FLANGE - a rear hub with a high flange increases the torsional stiffness of the wheel and its ability to accelerate
• SEALED BEARINGS - the wheel hubs are fitted with industrial bearings that ensure a long service life and low service costs

The wheels are suitable for hobby riders, amateur racers or training purposes.

WARNING: complete wheels with the wider rim (C19) may only be fitted with tyres with a minimum width of 25 mm!!!
