The Mavic Crossmax 29 front built wheel brings the proven reliability and durability of the legendary Crossmax line to the world of modern cross-country. It is designed for riders looking for a stiff, dynamic and trouble-free wheel ready for tubeless use.

The basis is a light and strong welded rim made of Maxtal aluminium alloy with an internal width of 25 mm. This width provides an optimal profile and reliable support for modern XC tyres. The Clincher Tubeless Ready design combined with the supplied tape and valve allows easy installation of a tubeless system, which improves traction, increases comfort and reduces the risk of pinch flats.

The front hub of the Infinity platform features an aluminium axle and quality QRM Auto industrial bearings with automatic play adjustment, which guarantees smooth rolling without the need for manual adjustment. The lacing consists of 24 double-crossed steel spokes in the straight pull design, which are flat and double-butted for an optimal balance between stiffness and weight. Reliable truing is ensured by steel nipples with the ABS system preventing self-loosening. The brake rotor is mounted on a standard flange with 6 bolts.
