The Mavic E-DEEMAX 27.5 built wheels are a durable set designed specifically for the increased load and specific demands of modern e-bikes (E-MTB). They use a rim profile made of welded patented Maxtal alloy with an internal width of 30 mm and a height of 22 mm, which provides optimal support for wider tyres. The rim integrates PFP (Pinch Flat Protection) technology with an extended contact surface on the upper edge of the sidewall, which makes tyre fitting easier and effectively protects against „snakebite“ pinch flats on hard impacts in technical terrain.

The wheels are designed as UST Tubeless Ready, so they allow an easy switch to a tubeless system with the option of riding at lower pressure for better traction and reliable control of the bike. The sturdy lacing consists of 28 straight steel spokes at the front and rear with a triple-cross pattern, complemented by steel nipples with an ABS system against loosening.
