The Mavic Cosmic S 40 RB road built wheels for rim brakes combine a full-carbon rim construction and proven technologies for fast acceleration and precise handling. The rims with an aerodynamic depth of 40 mm are made of 100% carbon fibres and support UST Tubeless Ready tubeless use, which offers higher comfort, better rolling and a reduced risk of punctures.

The durable FTS-L freewheel system ensures reliable power transfer and is fitted with a freehub body for Shimano HG / SRAM cassettes. Smooth running and a long service life are guaranteed by QRM industrial bearings with automatic play adjustment. The wheels are designed for classic mounting with quick releases.
