The Mavic CROSSRIDE FTS-X rear 26" built wheel is a reliable and proven solution for mountain bikes with a classic quick-release frame and disc brakes with the 6 bolt standard.

The basis of the wheel is a stiff S6000 Aluminum aluminium alloy rim with an internal width of 21 mm, designed for use with classic clincher tyres and inner tubes. High durability and strength are ensured by lacing of 24 round steel straight-pull spokes with double crossing. The spokes are secured in steel self-locking ABS nipples, which effectively prevent the lacing from loosening by itself.

The rear hub with a solid steel axle is fitted with quality sealed industrial QRM bearings, which ensure smooth running and a long service life even in demanding off-road conditions. Reliable power transfer is provided by the proven FTS-X freewheel technology mechanism, designed for Shimano HG / SRAM cassettes.
