The shape of the SW-12 wrench is ideal for truing wheels when using a spoke holder that prevents aerodynamic flat spokes from rotating. Every SW-12 wrench is made in the USA, precision-machined, nickel-plated and coated with a vinyl layer for long life.
SW-12 features
The smaller end fits nipples with 7 splines and an outer spline diameter of 6.4 mm
- Commonly used on Mavic® R-sys wheels
- Matches the sizes of the Mavic® nipple wrenches 10847101 and 99607901
The larger end fits rim flanges with 6 splines, an outer spline diameter of 9.6 mm and an M7 thread:
- Commonly used on Mavic® XM819, EX823 and Speedcity wheels
- Matches the size of the Mavic® M40652 nipple wrench
