L-tyrosine is a non-essential amino acid whose presence has a positive effect on metabolism. Under normal conditions the body is able to produce L-tyrosine from L-phenylalanine, but during demanding physical activity or dietary errors a deficiency may occur, and therefore in such cases it is advisable to supplement this amino acid. The presence of L-tyrosine also influences the formation of biologically important derivatives in the body.

Composition: L-tyrosine, gelatine capsule (gelatine, colour iron oxide).
Recommended dosage of TYROSINE: dose according to weight.
- up to 50 kg 2 capsules,
- up to 75 kg 3 capsules
- over 75 kg 4 capsules
- 30 – 40 min. before physical activity. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
