ENERVIT 100% Whey Protein contains 78% protein of excellent CFMF quality thanks to so-called cross-flow membrane filtration. It therefore effectively meets the increased demand for protein caused by intense muscular and sporting activity in all kinds of endurance, strength and team sports.

EFFECTS

• The proteins contained in the product contribute to the maintenance of muscle fibres during exercise and to an increase (growth) in muscle mass after exercise.
• Vitamin B6 contributes to the optimal metabolism of protein and glycogen and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

One serving (30 g) of the product is a source of 23 g of whey protein.

WHEN AND HOW TO USE

Using a shaker, mix 1 scoop of the product (30 g) with 200 ml of still water. We recommend taking one serving during the day and a second one depending on the intensity of physical activity and other sources of protein in your diet.
