New for the 2023 season. The AYRA 29 2023 full-suspension mountain e-bike with an aluminium frame, sporty design, suspension front fork and Manitou rear shock, disc brakes and 29“ wheels.

The novelty is an integrated frame battery with powerful LG cells with a capacity of 20Ah (720Wh). Another plus is the new fast charger with a charging current of 3A (previously 1.8A), which significantly shortens the battery charging time. The e-bike is equipped with a Panasonic GX Ultimate mid-drive motor with a nominal output of 250W. Among other things, this motor can boast a high torque that can reach up to 95 Nm, and it is equipped with a pedalling torque sensor. This means that the harder the cyclist pedals, the more the motor helps.The motor stands out for very smooth running, above-average climbing performance and quiet running. The system is controlled by an LCD display and a button controller mounted on the handlebars.

Range on a fully charged battery:

• average 120 km
• maximum up to 150 km

The clear Panasonic LCD display shows the following functions:

• choice of 3 assistance modes + automatic mode
• WALK function (walking speed – used e.g. when pushing the bike up a steep hill)
• display of current, maximum and average speed
• kilometres ridden: single ride / total distance travelled
• day and night mode (display backlight)
• battery charge level indicator

The charger and the battery are included in the package.

The range of an e-bike depends on various factors: the weight of the rider and cargo, the riders physical fitness, the style and nature of riding, the technical condition of the bike, temperature, wind direction and strength, the elevation profile of the route and the nature of the terrain (rough surface, hilly terrain, frequent starting from a standstill, etc. reduce the range).

If shifted incorrectly (using "heavy" gears on climbs), the control unit may overheat in extreme conditions. Leader Fox e-bikes are not designed for towing trailers. It reduces the e-bikes range.

The Ayra 29" 2023 model complies with EU standard 15194/2017.

Leader Fox e-bikes are developed and assembled exclusively in the Czech Republic.
