The Author A-Matrix 26D is a junior mountain model for kids who already have some miles in their legs and want a bike that lets them go further – off-road, onto forest trails and playful farm tracks.

Ready for real riding.

For young riders who want to tackle forests and farm tracks

The lightweight aluminium frame combined with a suspension fork and a wide gear range gives confidence, control and the desire to try new routes without limits.

Larger wheels bring stability and smoother rolling over bumps, while the sporty geometry supports a confident riding position and precise steering. The A-Matrix 26D is the ideal transition to "grown-up" riding – still playful, but fully ready for more demanding surfaces and longer rides.

Suitable for children 130–150 cm tall who want to ride actively, develop their technique and have a bike they can rely on off the tarmac too.
