Ridley Kanzo Fast aero gravel bike.

Gravel is a new phenomenon and its popularity is skyrocketing. Is there a better combination than exploring and cycling? We do not think so! Ridley makes bikes that combine these two passions superbly. A coincidence? Certainly not for us. With gravel you can handle any terrain and ride at your own pace. But why precisely the name Kanzo?

A story called Kanzo

The word Kanzo, or canzo, comes from the time of the troubadours – medieval singers and poets. They travelled widely and experienced all kinds of adventures, which they turned into stories about knights or romantic love tales. On returning to their home villages they told the inhabitants about their experiences in three different genres. The most commonly used of these was precisely the "kanzo/canzo". Their stories moved entire communities, who devoured every word.

Like the troubadours, we want to motivate riders on Ridley bikes to head out, discover new places or rediscover what they thought they already knew.

Detailed description

The first step in creating the Kanzo Fast was to combine the aerodynamic properties and great power transfer of the Noah Fast Disc with our knowledge in the field of gravel. Our Ridley engineers then spent hours in the wind tunnel and on gravel roads developing and testing further. What we ended up creating is the perfect, aerodynamic gravel bike made to win gravel races! Its geometry and aerodynamic handlebars are designed entirely to the gravel standard.

No other gravel bike is as responsive as the Kanzo Fast. It combines NACA profiles with a very stiff bottom bracket to propel you forward with every push of the pedals.

To ensure optimal comfort we placed the seat stays extra low and used a vibration-damping D-shaped seatpost. Aerodynamic, yet comfortable!
