The Mavic E-Deemax S 35 (R00068007) rear wheel is a robust MTB model designed mainly for electric bikes (e-MTB) and gravity disciplines such as enduro and trail.

The Mavic E-Deemax 29 rear built wheel is designed with the high demands and loads of modern e-bikes in mind. It offers exceptional durability, reliability and the stiffness needed to transfer the high torque of the electric motor.

The rim made of patented Maxtal aluminium alloy has an internal width of 30 mm and a height of 22 mm. The new rim profile significantly eases the fitting of even very stiff tyres. The integrated PFP (Pinch Flat Protection) technology widens the contact surface on the upper edge of the sidewall and effectively eliminates the risk of the tyre pinching or being cut on hard impacts with obstacles. The rim is fully ready for UST Tubeless Ready tubeless use, which allows riding at lower pressure for better traction and handling.

The rear hub in the Boost 12×148 mm standard features the reliable ratchet freehub mechanism Instant Drive 360 with fast engagement. Running is provided by QRM Auto industrial bearings with automatic play adjustment, which minimise friction and require no manual adjustment. The wheel is fitted with a Shimano Micro Spline freehub body for twelve-speed cassettes and Center Lock type rotor mounting.
